The voluminous correspondence of Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington, has been published, though not in recent years. Highlighting the main events and issues of the Maratha campaign in letters between Wellesley, his brother, and other military and political figures, with summaries that complete the picture, this version, without sacrificing scholarship, provides an account accessible to the general reader.
